Knitting Olympics: Day 1 and 2
Got a late start with cast on, but completed about 4.5" of Sitcom Chic yesterday. Once I get my digital camera up and running I hope to post pictures.
Woke up early this morning to find these words of encouragement in my inbox:
OK, enough mushy stuff - time for me to get back to "power knitting". More later...

Ok, I hope you got off to a good start today. I need a status report. I have a feeling that you need to loosen up your shoulders a bit to be in a more relaxed position while knitting. Keep those fingers loose....don't forget to warm them up before starting to knit (don't want to get any hand cramps in the middle to slow you down). Try to keep a consistent easy pace early on....you don't want to run out of gas too early and not be able to finish strong. Also remember to eat a good breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, and dinner to keep your energy level up and consistent. You can do this!! I have faith in you!! I LOVE YOU!! :) :*Coach is my boyfriend T, who is home recovering from recent surgery. He's also my best friend and partner in crime and ray of sunshine and total PITA and I love him with all my heart.
Love
